Housing is more than shelter — it’s a foundation for health, dignity and long-term stability. We offer a continuum of housing services that support individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. From emergency shelter and transitional housing to long-term supportive programs, our trauma-informed approach focuses on safety, empowerment and connection to wraparound services.
PHMC provides services to more than 1,100 individuals seeking access to housing and support services each year.
