Celeste Collins is the Chief People and Inclusion Officer where she ensures a dedicated focus on diversity and inclusion throughout PHMC’s recruitment, orientation and staff development initiatives. Celeste provides leadership for Human Resources, Organizational Development and Leadership (ODL) and Total Quality Management (TQM) for more than 3,000 employees. She has more than 20 years of human resources and related experience, and her expertise includes talent recruitment, work place diversity and inclusion, transformative changes, employment law, and policy development.

Celeste is passionate about having a meaningful impact, both professionally and personally with those she interacts with. She is committed to causes that have impacted under-represented children with learning differences and underserved women. She has served as a mentor to many children and adults throughout her career. Celeste graduated from Widener University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
