Marino Puliti is Chief Financial Officer and brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit financial and administrative matters. In this position, he is responsible for administrating and determining policy for overall administrative activities of PHMC and its subsidiaries to include fiscal, human resources and benefits, grants management, leasing, purchasing and insurance. Marino is a member of the PHMC Board of Directors Executive Committee and serves on the Audit, Personnel and Pension Committees.
During his career, he also served as the Controller of UCPA of Philadelphia & Vicinity for and as the interim controller for numerous other small nonprofits as part of PHMC's technical assistance program to other nonprofit organizations.
Marino has an M.B.A. from Temple University with a concentration in Health Care Administration and Accounting.
