Our comprehensive continuum of substance use disorder treatment supports individuals and families at every stage of recovery and wellness. Grounded in a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, our programs address mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders with a focus on access, dignity and long-term stability. Through outpatient treatment, community-based support, recovery housing and services for justice-involved individuals, PHMC meets people where they are.
