Pathways to Recovery
Pathways to Recovery is a Partial Hospitalization Program for adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. The program’s goal is to provide the integration of behavioral and physical health care. Pathways to Recovery works in collaboration with health clinics, doctors’ offices and other programs and specialists.
- Partial hospitalization ASAM 2.5 drug and alcohol treatment for adults
- Outpatient (1.0) mental health and substance use treatment for adults
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- Individual and group therapy
- Active peer support presence
- On-site psychiatric and mental health treatment
- Case management
- Nursing support
- Job training and employment support
- Support for GED
- Housing application assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Breakfast and lunch

Participants can enroll directly. Participants may also be connected through a community agency or treatment provider.
