  • WELL.YES Philadelphia Taskforce
    The WELL.YES Philadelphia Taskforce, driven by the Black LGBTQ+ youth on its community advisory board, provides education for young people on making informed, safe choices about their sexual health and wellness. WELL.YES is funded by the Center for Disease Control’s Communities Addressing Reducing Stigma and operates under Philadelphia Area Sexual Health Initiative (PASHI), a program of PHMC’s Health Promotion Services.   • Sexual Health and Adolescent Risk Prevention (SHARP)
    The SHARP program provides sexual and reproductive health education to support young people in making safer and healthier choices around sexual health. The evidence-based curriculum is inclusive of youth with autism spectrum disorder or other intellectual or developmental disabilities. SHARP is funded by the PA Department of Health’s Personal Responsibility Education Program and operates under PASHI. Learn more.
  • Philadelphia Hepatitis Outreach Project (P-HOP)
    P-HOP provides community-based Hepatitis prevention education, screening, testing and linkage to medical care and support services. P-HOP also supports individuals living with HCV, Hepatitis B (HBV) and/or HCV/HIV co-infection through education, advocacy, outreach, referral and linkage to care as appropriate. Learn more.
  • Ryan White Services
    The Ryan White programs provide emergency financial, rental, mortgage and utility assistance; food vouchers; and transportation to people diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Learn more.
