By supporting the improvement and expansion of child care environments, we help ensure that young children have access to safe, nurturing spaces that promote healthy development and school readiness. Through funding, technical assistance and quality improvement efforts, PHMC works with early learning providers — particularly in historically underserved communities — to strengthen infrastructure, enhance program quality and expand access to high-impact early education. These efforts reflect a commitment to building stronger, healthier futures through investments in early learning systems.
