Beginning May 4, 2026, Pathways to Recovery, a partial hospitalization program for adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, will relocate from 2301 East Allegheny Avenue to 1200 Callowhill Street, Suite 417.

This move will allow us to provide more integrated, expanded and patient-centered services, strengthening our continuum of care model.

First, it allows us to expand the current program by adding more outpatient services in state-of-the-art therapy rooms, creating an additional step-down level of care and more flexible support across the recovery journey.

Second, it connects participants directly to co-located health services. Pathways to Recovery will share space with PHMC’s Federally Qualified Health Center, dental clinic, and pharmacy, giving participants easier access to on-site primary and preventive care, behavioral health services, chronic disease management, dental care, and pharmacy services including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and coordinated medication management—all within the same building.

The new location is also transit-accessible, with proximity to the Broad Street Line (Race–Vine stop) and several bus routes, making it easier for participants and families to reach services.

We believe the move will enhance the participant experience, improve coordination across levels of care, and better connect Pathways to the full range of services available through PHMC.
