The Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) Board of Directors has appointed Christina Hayden Interim President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective July 1, 2026, following the retirement of previous President and CEO Mike Pearson.
Since joining PHMC in 2016, Christina has served in several executive leadership roles, including Chief of Staff, Chief Growth Officer and most recently Chief Administrative Officer. In these positions, she has worked closely with teams across the enterprise to strengthen operations, support program delivery, and advance organizational growth and collaboration.
Christina, who will remain in her role as Interim President and CEO while the CEO search continues, will continue her work to strengthen organizational infrastructure to allow the enterprise to better support frontline public health initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational agility and sustainability.
