Rhonda leads PHMC’s real estate portfolio while delivering integrated workplace solutions that support the organization’s mission to create and sustain healthier communities. She brings extensive experience in corporate real estate, including mergers and acquisitions, property transactions, lease negotiation, construction and facilities management, and operational risk oversight. Her work ensures that PHMC’s physical environments are strategically aligned with programmatic needs, operational goals, and long-term growth.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Rhonda has managed a range of corporate operational departments, contributing to enterprise-wide improvements in budgeting, process optimization, and risk management.

Prior to joining PHMC, Rhonda served in various leadership roles at Wilmington Trust Corporation, managing the organization’s corporate real estate portfolio. She also worked in a consulting capacity with TD Bank in its Real Estate Department, where she managed various bank acquisitions in both the U.S. and Canada. 

Rhonda holds a B.S. in Banking and Finance from Wilmington University and a Master’s degree in Public Health Management and Administration from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
