Bob brings more than 35 years of experience in his oversight of PHMC’s financial and related operations, business model and entrepreneurial approach for service expansion and growth. Through this work, he leads PHMC’s fiscal team in committing resources to support the integration of operations, strong internal controls and staff development.
Prior to joining PHMC, Bob served in several leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Community Health Center Inc. (CT), Vice President of Finance at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and Chief Financial Officer of the Jewish Home for the Aged. He also served as founder and CEO of The Auction Blocks for ten years.
Bob obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania. He subsequently earned his CPA license at Arthur Young and Company in Philadelphia (currently Ernst & Young).
