With more than 25 years of experience, Andy oversees PHMC’s funding sources, budgets and City programs while leading high-performing teams that ensure strong financial management and seamless organizational transitions. During his career at PHMC, he has established workflow processes and facilitated program collaboration that have contributed to PHMC’s success, both in the audit process and in effective billing and cash collection. Andy designs systems with a ground-up approach that values staff contributions while integrating new ideas and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining PHMC, Andy worked as Director of Finance and Operations at the City of Philadelphia’s Mural Arts Program; and at Friends Rehabilitation Program, a Quaker-based affordable housing management and development non-profit as Senior Accountant and then Controller.

Andy holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and Economics from Drexel University. He has served on the boards of various faith-based organizations and coached Little League baseball for 10 years.
