Andy provides strategic and operational leadership for PHMC’s behavioral health and child welfare portfolio, which spans a full continuum of outpatient, community-based, school-based, and residential levels of care. His oversight includes PHMC’s community-based behavioral health and substance use disorder programs, as well as subsidiary organizations The Center for Autism, the Joseph J. Peters Institute, Turning Points for Children, and Carson Valley Children’s Aid.
Andy brings more than 30 years of experience in clinical and leadership roles, and is a strong advocate for utilization of evidence-based programs and interventions across all levels of care. His work reflects a deep commitment to person-centered, system-focused services that prioritize quality, innovation and integration.
Andy is a PA Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College. In addition to serving on the board of the Joseph J. Peters Institute, Andy is on the board of the Alliance of Community Service Providers and the PA State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors.
