Amanda provides strategic and operational leadership for a diverse portfolio of PHMC programs including early learning, early intervention, education, housing and justice related services. Prior to her tenure at PHMC, Amanda held positions in program evaluation and business software user experience research.

Amanda holds an MBA with a concentration in Health Economics, a Master of Public Health, and an MFA in Museum Exhibition Design. She was a Sorenson Innovation Fellow at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah and a Pennsylvania Education Policy Fellow at the Institute for Educational Leadership. She also holds a certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Bryn Mawr College. Amanda has presented at several conferences and forums on improving quality, reducing risk and injury, and best practices for early care and education for children experiencing homelessness.
