Christina Miller is Managing Director of Health Promotion Services, overseeing the strategic growth and development of health promotion programs and services across Health Promotion Services, including PHMC subsidiary, Health Promotion Council. She brings 15 years of nonprofit public health and social services experience in improving the health of vulnerable populations including women, children and immigrants. Prior to joining PHMC, Christina worked in the philanthropic sector supporting breast cancer programs and research in obesity and metabolic syndrome. She also brings previous experience managing a multi-state, anti-human trafficking initiative and providing in-home case management services to high-risk children. Her combined experience of working directly with individuals and families impacted by health disparities, grant making in the field of health, and finally in developing and overseeing programs intended to improve health gives her a unique and robust ability to understand both individual- and family-level needs and systems-level solutions.
Christina earned a master’s degree in Social Services from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, and a B.S. in Business Management from Saint Joseph’s University.
