PHMC Health Network is hosting events at three of its six Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) from August 5-7.

PHMC Health Network will commemorate National Health Center Week by recognizing staff and hosting events for patients and communities at PHMC Health Connection, Rising Sun Health Center, and Congreso Health Center. Events will include information about health insurance plans, fire safety education, food and wellness checks via Keystone First’s mobile unit.

To cap off National Health Center Week, PHMC Day will be celebrated at the PHMC Public Health Campus on Cedar on Friday, August 9. PHMC programs and subsidiaries will share information about their services, and the community will be able to enjoy food, music and entertainment.

PHMC Health Network continues to assist underserved communities, particularly public housing populations and individuals experiencing homelessness, by providing high-quality, patient-centered comprehensive primary care throughout the Philadelphia region and offering an array of services, including substance use disorder and trauma treatment, behavioral health and dental care, pediatric medicine, and social services.
