Recovery with Dignity

PHMC’s Justice-Related services support individuals involved in the criminal justice system through a continuum of care that centers on treatment, recovery and reintegration. Our programs offer behavioral health assessments, substance use disorder treatment, case management, housing coordination and vocational support. Our approach prioritizes diversion over incarceration and connects individuals to the services they need to rebuild their lives. From prison deferral initiatives like Forensic Intensive Recovery (FIR) to reentry support through the Delaware County Reentry Project, PHMC partners with courts, correctional facilities and community providers to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care rooted in dignity and long-term stability.
