The Mill Creek School at PHMC
The Mill Creek School offers a full academic schedule designed to challenge students in grades seven through twelve with all levels of intellect. Individuals who struggle with personal, emotional and/or educational difficulties are welcomed into an environment where academic achievement and personal growth can take place together through compassionate and patient care.
Students receive emotional support from specialized staff. Individualized curriculum provided through a low student/teacher ratio ensures students’ academic and emotional needs are met.

Adolescents in or entering grades 7-12
Youth who face anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental or emotional challenges
Referral Process
To enroll, families will need a referral from school districts or charter schools in conjunction with:
- mental health professional or provider
- child advocate
- lawyer
