Joseph J. Peters Institute (JJPI) offers psychotherapy to students and families at the Laura Carnell School in the Oxford Circle neighborhood of Philadelphia through a satellite mental health clinic at the school. This program is offered by Joseph J. Peters Institute, a subsidiary of PHMC.

Eligibility Criteria
Students age 5-12 at Carnell School
Qualify for Medicaid insurance through Community Behavioral Health
