The Survivor Services (SS) Outpatient Program provides high-quality treatment services to children, adolescents and adults who have experienced one or more traumas impacting their mental health. Traumas may include (but are not limited to) grief or separation, exposure to community violence, serious accident or medical procedure, or physical, emotional or sexual abuse. This program is offered by Joseph J. Peters Institute, a subsidiary of PHMC.

  • A range of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and more
  • Individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and psychiatry
  • Additional specialized early childhood and infant and mental health (IECMH) and Perinatal Mental Health services
  • Both in-person and telehealth services

Children, adolescents and adults

Qualify for Medicaid insurance in Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Bucks, and/or Montgomery Counties

Referral Process

Participants can enroll directly or may connect through a medical professional or treatment provider.
