Back to Programs

The Project LYFT (Leading Youth For Tomorrow) program offers STEM-focused programming, homework help/tutoring, mentoring, college and career readiness, and other enrichment opportunities for high school youth at three schools in Philadelphia. Project LYFT is federally funded by a 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

  • Provides afterschool daily programming in each of the partner schools
    • An after-school meal (offered by the school district’s After-School Meals Program)
    • At least 30 minutes of homework help and tutoring, structured activities and mentoring
