Philly Seed Autism Project
The Philly Seed Autism Project supports the Sexual Health and Adolescent Risk Prevention (SHARP) program by offering a parent-centered supplement to SHARP’s sexual and reproductive health education for youth. Known as SHARP 101 for Parents and Caregivers, this curriculum is designed for parents of both neurodivergent and neurotypical youth enrolled in SHARP programs. The program aims to ensure families feel competent and can be their child’s first source of support around sexual health and reproductive health topics.
SHARP, which is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Personal Responsibility Education Program, operates under Philadelphia Area Sexual Health Initiative (PASHI), a program of PHMC’s Health Promotion Services.
