Turning Points for Children provides various programs for teens and young adults, especially those who are aging out of foster care, juvenile justice and/or mental health systems. Older Youth Services are provided by Turning Points for Children, a PHMC subsidary.

Eligibility Criteria
Young adults age 17-23
Leaving foster care, juvenile justice or mental health systems
Referral Process
Youth can enroll directly, or they can be connected by an agency or caring loved one.
