The Nutrition Is Culinary Healthy Eating (NICHE) project is a healthy eating education and culinary demonstration series designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and self-efficacy of child and adolescent patients and their families/caregivers. Weekly classes are held at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP)’s Healthy Weight Program Clinic kitchen. The program is offered by the Health Promotion Council (HPC), a PHMC subsidiary.

Eligibility Criteria
Families (adults and children) who are part of CHOP’s Healthy Weight Program
Referral Process
Participants access services as current patients (and parents/guardians of current patients) at CHOP.
