New Pathways Project (NPP)
The New Pathways Project (NPP) helps individuals and families navigate the recovery process for substance use disorder. NPP works with individuals to address barriers to reducing or eliminating substance use and serves as a recovery community before, during and after treatment. NPP works with individuals who are not yet receiving treatment services and provides support for those who are already engaged in or have completed treatment.
- Support groups to assist individuals in building recovery supports and life skills
- Case management services to help people access community-based resources, including benefits and job readiness services
- Topic-focused groups on work readiness, anger management, parenting and more
- Linkages to age-appropriate resources for treatment, primary care and behavioral health
- Connections to support beyond substance use or mental health challenges

Eligibility Criteria
Individuals interested in substance use treatment services, including:
- Not yet receiving treatment
- Currently engaged in treatment
- Completed treatment
Referral Process
Participants may enroll directly or connect through an agency such as a treatment provider or community-based organization.
Community-based organizations are welcome and encouraged to refer participants.
