Mental Health Initiative for Nurturing Development (MIND)
Mental Health Initiative for Nurturing Development (MIND) works with caregivers and their children to support child development and improve infant and early childhood mental health. MIND uses the evidence-based Parent-Child Care (PC-CARE) model to improve the caregiver-child relationship and reduce the likelihood of emotional or behavioral challenges.
This program, funded by the William Penn Foundation, is a collaboration between PHMC subsidiary Joseph J. Peters Institute (JJPI) and its program partners, PHMC subsidiary National Nurse-Led Care Consortium (NNCC) and Wonderspring, an early childhood education provider.
