Interim House West

Interim House West is a residential substance use treatment program for women who are pregnant or who are parenting young children. Interim House West’s approach to treatment is grounded in science and an understanding that the disorder is a chronic, medical condition from which recovery and wellness are possible.
- Residential ASAM 3.5 drug and alcohol treatment for pregnant or parenting adult women
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- Individual and group therapy
- On-site psychiatric and mental health treatment
- Case management
- Nursing support
- Prenatal and parenting support
- Job training and employment support
- Support for GED and computer education
- Child care support
- Housing application assistance
- Building a network of support

Eligibility Criteria
- Pregnant and/or parenting women age 18-60
- Up to three children under the age of 12 may live in the residential treatment program with the mother
Primary diagnosis of a Substance Use Disorder
Low income
Referral Process
Participants can enroll directly. Participants may also be connected through a community agency or treatment provider.
