Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) provides treatment for children with emotional and behavioral health issues delivered in home, school and community settings. The program aims to help children and adolescents successfully manage their behaviors and emotions by providing individual supports and treatment in the settings where they need it most.

- Mobile Therapy
- 1:1 behavioral support
- Support strategies for parents/guardians, teachers and other adults

Eligibility Criteria
Children and youth age 5-18
Must be eligible for Community Behavioral Health (CBH) Medical Assistance
Attend one of the designated elementary schools in South Philadelphia or high schools in North Philadelphia & Center City
Referral Process
- Youth age 14+ can enroll directly or may be connected through CBH or their school.
- A parent can enroll their child if they have concerns.
- School counselors can recommend participation with the agreement of the youth and/or parent.
