Food And Wellness Network (FAWN) coordinates a network of community-based food pantries and promotes nutrition resources and benefits. FAWN is a program of Turning Points for Children, a PHMC subsidary.

Rising Sun Health Center:

Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

William Tilden Community School:

Fridays, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

  • Food pantry
  • Infant formula, diapers and other necessities
  • Nutrition education
  • Health screenings

Eligibility Criteria

FAWN is open to everyone.

No ID is needed.

Referral Process

Appointments are highly recommended. Please call to make an appointment. Individuals and families can access FAWN directly, or connect someone else to FAWN resources.
