The Family Advocacy and Integrated Resources (FAIR) Project is an innovative partnership with the Health, Education and Legal Assistance Project: A Medical-Legal Partnership (HELP:MLP) and more than a dozen evidence-based home visiting programs providing civil legal aid services and concrete needs support to families receiving home visiting services. FAIR is a program of National Nurse-Led Care Consortium (NNCC), a PHMC subsidiary.

Eligibility Criteria
Enrolled with one of the home visiting providers involved in FAIR
Live in Philadelphia
Referral Process
- Participants must access services through a home visiting agency contracted through FAIR.
- Participants who are interested in these services may reach out to their assigned home visitor.
