Education Leading to Employment and Career Training (ELECT) provides free case management, parenting education, and supportive services for pregnant and parenting teen mothers and fathers ages 21 years and younger. The program helps them stay in school through graduation and equips them with skills to become successful parents. ELECT is available in 10 public and charter schools. ELECT is a program of Turning Points for Children, a PHMC subsidiary.

Eligibility Criteria
Pregnant and/or parenting teen mothers and fathers ages 21 years and younger
Referral Process
Youth can refer themselves, or they can be referred by a caring loved one or agency.
