Eligibility Criteria
The website is available to all early learning providers and educators in Pennsylvania.
To be eligible to be considered a field placement site on ecehighered.phmc.org, programs must be PDE licensed or DHS certified.
To be eligible for a student teaching placement, individuals must meet certain requirements, including a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA.
