The Delaware County Reentry Project (DCRP) aims to address challenges with the reentry process for individuals released from the George W. Hill Correctional Facility. DCRP supports individuals before release from incarceration and through their reintegration into the community. DCRP is a voluntary program, with services available for a period of 60-90 days both before and after release.

  • Reentry planning to assist with the transition from incarceration
  • Connections to resources for employment, behavioral health and housing
  • Strengthening of relationships between incarcerated parents and their children
