ChildLink provides service coordination for children under the age of three with developmental delays or disabilities. ChildLink staff work in partnership with parents and early intervention specialists to evaluate each child’s needs, explore options and develop an individualized family service plan for the child and family.
- Coordination, linkages and referrals to services that include:
- Special instruction
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy
- Social work services
- Psychological services
- Hearing and vision services
- Nutrition services
- Nursing and other health services

Live with a developmental delay or disability
Referral Process
Anyone who has a concern about a child’s development (physicians, social workers, case managers and parents) can connect a family for an evaluation to determine eligibility for ChildLink services.
