Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)

The Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is a partnership between Health Promotion Council (HPC) and the Philadelphia Office of Homeless Services (OHS) to enhance food service quality through menu development, staff training and compliance with federal and City of Philadelphia’s food standards. The program ensures safe food handling and nutrition best practices in shelters and supportive housing. CACFP is a program of HPC, a PHMC subsidiary.
