PHMC Health is hosting events in celebration of National Health Center Week from August 3-7.
PHMC Health staff and partners will be on hand at our five Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to serve patients and communities. Events will include health screenings and education, information about insurance plans, opportunities to connect with community resources, and more.
PHMC Health provides comprehensive, integrated and patient-centered care to families and communities across Philadelphia, including residents of public housing and individuals experiencing homelessness. Services include chronic disease management, dentistry, substance use disorder and trauma treatment, behavioral health care, pediatric medicine and linkage to social supports.
