Health Promotion Council (HPC)

Health Promotion Council (HPC) works to promote health and to prevent and manage chronic disease, especially among vulnerable populations, through community-based outreach, education and advocacy. Focused on health equity and culturally responsive services delivered by diverse staff, HPC empowers individuals and communities to prioritize their health and become engaged in issues that impact their health and wellness. HPC is a subsidiary of PHMC.
