At the event, you will hear from survivors of child abuse who will share their healing journeys to overcome the effects of abuse.
One of the panelists featured is Sarah Klein, Esquire, the first and longest abused victim of former USA Gymnastics Team doctor Larry Nassar. She led 155 others in prosecuting Nassar, who is currently serving 40-175 years in prison. Sarah is a practicing attorney and continues to advocate for extending the statute of limitations for child abuse crimes.
Mary Pugh, Esquire, Executive Director, MCAP and Ivan Haskell, Ph.D., Executive Director, JJPI, will moderate the discussion.
Come and hear these survivors’ stories of healing, and learn how you can help make a difference in fighting abuse here in the Philadelphia area.
