The Advocacy Institute, a program of PHMC’s Health Promotion Council, is recruiting youth ages 14-18 who are interested in providing feedback for a media campaign that is developed by youth for youth tackling opioid abuse prevention.
The selected youth groups must be able to review various components of a youth-developed media campaign and provide feedback via video conference about the message and design of the campaign. Specifically, youth groups from Northeast, Central and Southwest Pennsylvania are encouraged to get involved to ensure the messaging’s universality across the state.
The campaign will reach teens and young adults throughout Pennsylvania, engaging them in thoughtful discussion and preparing them for action against the opioid epidemic.
If you know organizations that serve youth — who would like to participate, encourage them to contact Alison Marshall at amarshall@phmc.org for more information.
