Upholding Standards

Our practices align with the standards established by the Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) of the City of Philadelphia (or certified by agencies approved by OEO) and the Bureau of Minority and Women Owned Business Opportunities (BMWBO) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Our Strategic Sourcing team manages requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs), and leads efforts in procurement process optimization, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.
