Since its founding in 1972, Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) has been dedicated to creating and sustaining healthier communities. Originating as the Philadelphia Health Management Corporation, PHMC was established to address the public health needs of the Greater Philadelphia region through outreach, health promotion, education, research, planning, technical assistance and direct services.
Over the past five decades, PHMC has evolved into one of the nation’s largest and most comprehensive public health institutes.
