Philadelphia Business Journal awarded PHMC Vice President for Human Resources, Celeste Collins, a 2009 Minority Business Leader Award.
Collins joined PHMC 6 years ago to head human resources policy development and administration; benefits and compensation; employee relations; employment practices and procedures; and employee communications.
