The Public Health Ideation Lab is a unique learning experience offered through PHMC’s Organizational Development and Learning and Jefferson’s Institute for Emerging Health Professionals.

Employees interested in exploring and expanding their skills in project development, strategic partnerships and business propositions should sign up for the Lab. The Public Ideation Lab offers a professional development opportunity to cultivate ideas and practice skills that can be applied to your everyday work.

The Lab is designed to teach practical, real-world skills associated with applied entrepreneurship and innovation within an existing corporate structure – often referred to as Intrapreneurship. Faculty consists of industry experts and academics from Jefferson University, with support and insights from PHMC leadership and subject matter experts.

We are proud to partner with Jefferson to offer this type of programming for employees.

Jefferson faculty will lead the six-part ideation lab on the following dates:

Monday, April 22:   Introduction and Opportunity Finding
Friday, May 3:   Business Models
Friday, May 10:   Value Proposition
Wednesday, May 22:   Industry and Market Analysis
