PHMC subsidiary The Center for Autism hosted the Champions of the Community reception in support of its mission to improve the quality of life for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.

The evening honored Michael O’Mara, Stradley Ronon Managing Partner and longtime CFA board member, for his outstanding leadership and far-reaching impact on children and families. Mike brings a personal connection to his history of support for families, like his own, who are affected by autism.

“Mike has brought not only leadership, but also heart,” said PHMC President and CEO Michael Pearson. “Through his service, advocacy, and connection-building, Mike has helped CFA strengthen its foundation and expand its impact.”

Attendees also heard from CFA board member Kelly Jones and Clinical Director Bari Keller, as well as Samantha Holt, a parent of two children in CFA programs, and Chris Hopkins, a participant – on the importance of CFA’s work.

Proceeds from the reception support CFA’s full continuum of assessment and treatment services for children, adults and families.
