Turning Points for Children
Turning Points for Children supports youth and families with a variety of health and social services, envisioning stronger families and brighter futures.
In addition to being the City’s largest foster care program, Turning Points provides intensive support for older youth aging out of the child welfare and juvenile justice systems; parenting education, including programs supporting teens who are pregnant or parenting in the Philadelphia School District; reconnection of children in foster care to lost relatives and mentors; neighborhood food pantries; and other services.
