Led by President Richard J. Cohen, Public Health Fund (formerly Philadelphia Health Care Trust) is a charitable organization that has fostered health care delivery, research and education in the greater Delaware Valley region since 1996.

Public Health Fund joined Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) as a subsidiary on July 1, 2010. PHMC has a longstanding history of strong management and leadership in managing issues affecting our region’s public health capacity and access to health care, social services, research, and health information. As a subsidiary of PHMC, Public Health Fund continues to fulfill its mission to improve the health and lives of children, adults, and families in the Greater Philadelphia community served by PHMC and its partners.
