PHMC Health Network offers comprehensive, high-quality dental care for adults and children through its PHMC Dental program. Our two dental offices are located within the PHMC Health and Wellness Center and the PHMC Public Health Campus on Cedar, where patients can also access primary and behavioral health care, Medication Assisted Treatment, and linkage to social services for an integrated care experience.

PHMC Dental’s services include:

• Endodontics
• Periodontics
• Prosthodontics
• Oral surgery

Most insurance plans are accepted. A sliding fee scale is available for uninsured patients. All patients will be seen regardless of their ability to pay.
