The PHMC Health Center on Cedar is one of six federally qualified heath centers providing services to the West and Southwest Philadelphia communities. The health center is part of an innovative public health campus whose mission is to provide community-informed, integrated care and social services to support individuals and families. The campus’ existing services also include an emergency department and onsite inpatient and behavioral health services available through Penn Medicine, with additional programs and services planned from PHMC and other partners in the future.
The PHMC Health Center on Cedar provides care in collaboration with Penn Medicine to provide high quality, comprehensive, trauma-informed and integrated care at this location.

Eligibility
Most insurance plans are accepted. A sliding fee scale is available for uninsured patients. All patients will be seen regardless of their ability to pay.
