Department of Human Services, Children and Youth Division - Emergency Child Placement Prevention and Family Reunification Fund
The Emergency Child Placement Prevention and Family Reunification Fund is administered through PHMC. Through the collaboration of DHS and provider agencies, the fund aims to provide the resources necessary to keep children safe in their homes, to reunite children with their families in a timely manner and to achieve permanency through adoption or subsidized permanent legal custodianship by DHS paid caregivers.
