Department of Human Services, Children and Youth Division Family and Community Support Center – Prevention Assistance Fund
The Prevention Assistance Fund is administered through PHMC. Through the collaboration of DHS and provider agencies, the fund aims to provide the resources necessary to keep children safe in their homes, alleviate family stressors, maintain family stability and prevent children from entering the formal Child Welfare System.
